Cogiton Mens is indicated for all cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for its components.
- Bacopa helps to maintain cognitive function by supporting memory. It also contributes to mental well-being, relaxation and sleep.
- Choline contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism.
- Vitamin C and Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and help maintain normal psychological function; they also contribute to normal energy metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin E, Vitamin C and Selenium help protect cells against oxidative stress.
- Vitamin D, Selenium and Vitamins C, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
1 sachet per dayd issolved in 100 ml of water (one glass).

Cogiton Mens contains:

  • Bacopa monnieri, a plant that grows in India, where it has been widely used for years in traditional medicine for its various beneficial properties. Bacopa monnieri is composed of several active substances, but its action on cognitive functions is attributed to the presence of bacosides, substances useful in promoting memory and mental well-being.
  • Choline (present as Choline bitartrate), a precursor to acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that plays an important role in maintaining cognitive function. Choline also contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine, an amino acid produced by the body. High levels of homocysteine in the blood (hyperhomocysteinemia) adversely affect the functions of several systems, especially the nervous, cardiovascular and bone systems.
  • Vitamin C and Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and help maintain normal psychological function; they also contribute to normal energy metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
  • Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Selenium, which help protect cells against oxidative stress.
  • Vitamin D, Selenium and Vitamins C, B6 and B12, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
