Rhodiola is a tonic-adaptogen useful for combating physical and mental fatigue; it is also an adjuvant for maintaining normal mood.

Acerola (Malpighia punicifolia) is naturally rich in vitamin C and is able to stimulate the body's physiological defenses. It is also capable of supportive, restorative and antioxidant action. Vitamin C, which it contains, is useful in states of debilitation, seasonal changes, when it is necessary to balance energy metabolism.

Goji berries (Lycium barbarum) are characterized by high antioxidant activity.
